I hadn't realized how many people actually read my blog. I haven't posted here in a long time b/c I made a new blog. I figured out how to manage my blogs under the same sign in email address and password, and have transfered everything over there. Trip to Alberta- new babies!!!

My sis and I left on the Thursday, and headed up to Alberta to visit our fam.. Our brother and sister both had new babies we had to meet!
The drive went great! Our kids behaved quite well considering, and we arrived safe.
We had a nice few days that included a party for our parents 30th anniversary, and Easter egg hunt, and an Easter dinner.
We headed back the following Monday, and once again enjoyed a nice drive back home.

Kyleighs Birthday

Kyleigh's 5! I bought some stuff for Mikenzie, and gave it to her right away- they each got a laundry basket, and some storage totes for their room. Kyleigh also got a kite, silly string, clothes, and a game. Jessica was over for Kyleigh's Birthday, so that's the mystery person!

I snuck a pic of them on the couch doing it. Yep hairs not done, PJ's aren't a match, and Kyleigh picked out her clothes... cute conversation though right?

A trubute to Bob

Last night I sold my Bob Duallie stroller. It was a bitter sweet moment. Bitter casue it was sad to see it go (yes, I actually shed a few tears). I researched strollers sooo much before I committed myself to this one- I weighed the pro's and cons about almost every one on the market. For me, the Bob came way up on top of any other one out there! I loved this stroller- it was a breeze to push any where I wanted to go. I haven't used it much lately as my kids are almost 5, and almost 3, so I posted it on craigslist a few weeks ago, and last might met a couple expecting #2. They loved it, and bought it.
It was also a sweet moment cause I bought it for $500 2.5 yrs ago, and sold it for $475... so basically I spent $25 on the best stroller ever, and got to use it for 2.5 yrs!

Here is a pic of the best stroller I have ever owned (which is about 6) If I ever get the chance- I will be buying another one just like you!

New hair dooo

Ouch! K & M did my hair one day. They brought the bobble container to me, and put pretty much anything you can clip or tie in it. It sure hurt taking it out, and was difficult to blindly figure out which one was "next".

K's new favorite sandwich bun consists of Nutella and... PICKLES! I bought them both in the same shopping trip, and when we got home I asked her what she wanted on her bun. She thought about it, and stated, "chocolate... and pickles- I think that will be good!" I told her it might not taste really good together, but she assured me it would, so I made it for her. She Loves the Choc and pickle sandwiches! I thought I would post some pics to make your stomache churn.

Christmas

We opened gifts the Sunday before Christmas.
We intended to do it on the Sat, but got too busy with house stuff.
The kids were happy either way, and loved what they got. Unfortunately after opening M's doctor kit, I decided to bring it back since it seemed quite cheep, and M's marshmallow shooter broke a few days later. I still need to bring them back and get something to replace them.
